How did you discover Mythic and when?
I actually discovered Mythic by just looking for minecraft severs online and this is one of them that caught my eye. I discovered you guys a while ago but thought I would go ahead and give it a try and I love my experience so far.

What do you believe Mythic can do to improve? Why?
What why I am able to see for the time I have been looking at this server. I think the staff team could be more involved in the community in terms of interacting with the server members. I think this is very important because this gives staff a chance to get to know members better and their backgrounds and personalities, as well as; give the members a chance to provide any questions, comments, or concerns they may have for the server, which can help improve their server experience at Mythic.

Do you have any staff experience? If so, please provide evidence.
I do have staff experience on Minecraft, however; since the servers I was blessed to serve on have shut down I am not unfortunately able to provide any evidence on those servers. However; I was a Moderator for about one month on CoolMC. The Owners of that server were "CoolDogKidz" and "SquareHeadScrub". My responsibilities on that server was to of course; moderator. However; I also was required to have interaction time with the server community. They wanted this for the same reasons I listed to the last question. I was also responsible for assisting with advertising for the server since it was a rather small server at the time. I also helped a small bit with server management but that was not a very common request that was needed. In addition, I also was a Helper on SagePvP, however; I was only staff on their for about one to two weeks before I was demoted for my lack of knowledge in factions at that time. For most of my activity their as a Helper, I assisting with support on their Teamspeak server, and did some staff work on the Practice end of their server. Aside from Minecraft staff experience, I have also moderated on discord servers. Although, these are not Minecraft servers their are Minecraft related and their same type of concept for moderation usually applies based on the responsibilities. I started out on the SuchSpeed Discord Server as a Trial Moderator and was promoted to full Moderator after about a week. I stayed at the rank of Moderator for about three or four weeks before I resigned due to the work environment. After I left there, I found my now good friend of 3 years "EthanAniimatez". I went to go staff on his Discord server as a Helper, than got promoted to Moderator after about a week and took me another month or two to get promoted to where I am now at Admin. I have been an Admin for his discord for about 2 years now and I am very happy to be working here. In Ethan's discord, I have helped with things like Staff Management, discord management, verification functions through the discord bot, and general administrative responsibilities.

Why do you deserve a spot on the staff team over other applicants and how would we benefit from you specifically?
I feel as if I deserve a spot on the staff team here at Mythic because I have the experience level, knowledge, skill sets, and personality that staff managers and the owners would be looking for in a new staff member on Mythic. My level of experience in a staff/admin position is something that can definitely be utilized on Mythic for the betterment of the server and its potential. I do have knowledge over Minecraft server staffing and admin duties, plus bringing in over a year of experience on the discord side of things. With my combines knowledge and experience, I feel as tho I can be a great asset to the Mythic community as a staff member and be able contribute quite a bit during my tenure in the Mythic staff team. I am a respectful, determined, dedicated, dependable, accountable, professional, and mature individual. I take any position very seriously because it should be treated with care and not abused in any way, shape, or form, or even for personal gain/benefit. I believe in coming into these type of things with the right mindset and motives, and I know I have what you guys are looking for in a new staff member for the Mythic Network and I am looking forward to speaking with you guys about potential opportunities here.

Instead of re-using your application, you should update it to the CavePvP format And also players of the server want to see proof so they can make an assumption if you will be a good staff or not. Showing proof of previous staff experience is a big part of applying and influences people's decisions about you and your application.

With all due respect, I couldn't care less about the player's decisions on my application because they shouldnt and do not have the authority to question me on my application other than Staff Managers and higher.

Of course they have freedom of speech. I am not saying they don't but I am not going to engage in questionings of my application unless it is to be someone that is "hired" to process these application like Staff Managers or Owners. I do not feel obligated to explain my application to those that are not going to be the ones to take me through the application process appropriately.

The manager who replies to the applications, BOSSBRO91, will only give you one of two answers; Pending, or Denied. The reason we players are asking for proof of your staff experience is so the community of CavePvP can decide if you're a good staff member. However, our opinion isn't the final one, I think the managers and owners take into consideration of what we have to say. So if you don't add your past experience, your application could possibly get denied and you will have to wait 2 weeks to apply again. In my opinion, it is just best if you show proof/vouches of your past staff experience so 1. The community can give you constructive criticism on your application, and 2. So the staff members who can see your application can see your proof, as they won't ask for it in an interview because it is supposed to already be in your application. Overall man, just add proof of your past experience, it'll help everyone, including staff, determine whether or not you are a good fit for the staff team here at Cave.
